Work at your own pace with increased supervision. For injuries/health conditions, take a private-hour to learn how to work in group classes. Or create a private group with friends/family, revive an off-site meeting or bring yoga into your work-place.


Private Foundation Course

Three 1-hour private classes - focus on alignment & breath basics with personal accommodations to get your practice off to a safe and sustainable start.

Weekly home-practice videos maximise your progress. 3 or more sessions build your skill & confidence to join a group class.

Private/Semi-Private Classes & Injury Management

Private or Semi-Private classes are great to re-start after a break, focus on specific objectives or develop your practice with supervision. Take 45mins or 1hr and bring your partner/family/friends (up to 4 people in semi-private).

If you’re carrying injuries or health-conditions take a Private 1-hour Injury-Management Session to learn to manage your practice without exacerbating the condition


Private Groups and Events

Want to share yoga with family & friends, add some movement to your work-day or revive an off-site meeting or event? I’ll design a class to meet the objectives of your group and ensure you breathe, work and laugh together in your office or home, in my Studio or online.

I’ve worked with women’s groups/families/teens/couples & staff at UK Mission to Geneva, IUCN and WWF Global Network.

I have been a regular practitioner on and off over the years and was very happy to discover Mandy’s yoga when we moved here. Her classes provide a fantastic combination of toning and strengthening the muscles as well as stretching, alignment and balance. She is very aware and respectful of the different levels and bodies in the class and offers enough options so that everyone can benefit. Her energy is always positive and generous and even with the online classes she creates a feeling of community. I always feel taller and happier after a class!
