As the season shifts so do we. It's time to re-awaken and re-energize the body & mind with smooth breath matched to fluid movement. Learning to link the two and maintain a steady pace is the definition of Vinyasa (flow), a powerful self-regulation tool. All March/April classes will focus on building this skill - to welcome this precious season at every level of our being.

Movement is crucial for healthy aging, vitality, immune health and every aspect of our wellbeing. Try a regular practice and feel the difference!

If a goal would help, try all 21 EarlyBird classes in March+April (plus unlimited access to On-Demand library during the hols 3 March - 19 April) and flow smoothly into Spring. These 30-min classes offer gentle flow or Yin to improve circulation in joints & fascia as you unwind deeply held tension. Suitable for ALL, they leave you energised, focussed and ready to embrace your day. Roll out of bed and practice in PJs and/or get the video replay valid for 7 days.

  • Roll out of bed and join live - in your pjs, with your camera off - whatever works, just get on your mat and start the day well
