Why Simply Yoga?

 I am passionate about the benefits of yoga for everyone, at every age, as a set of tools to better self-regulate and counter the demands of modern life. My classes consciously explore an intelligent flow with peaceful pauses that build functional movement for healthy aging and a sustainable practice for the long term.

 I work with small groups/private clients, supporting you to accommodate the practice to your own body. I teach in English, can support French speakers, and we laugh. Yoga should be fun!
