Learn to link breath-movement-focus to self-regulate & soothe your whole system. Classes are suitable for all - even in your PJs - as you start to really feel the many benefits of a regular practice.

Regular, novel movement is crucial for so many aspects of healthy aging as well as vitality, immune health and every aspect of our wellbeing. Want to join us?

If a goal would help, try all 24 EarlyBird classes in May/June or all 12 classes in May. Or just drop.in when you can. These 30-min classes offer gentle flow to improve circulation in joints & fascia and unwind deeply held tension. Leaving you energised, focussed and ready to embrace your day.

  • Roll out of bed and join live - from your room, in your pjs, with your camera off - whatever works, just get on your mat and start the day well

  • Or get the video (valid 3days) to enjoy as a desk break or end to the day
