As the temperature drops we may want to curl up somewhere warm to hide. But movement is crucial. Regularly taking our spine and joints through their full range of movement is vital to healthy aging and posture not to mention improving bones, balance, mental health and the function of immune, nervous, circulatory and respiratory systems - much needed in winter!
But how to fit it into daily life? Try a short class before your day starts or grab the video when it suits. Feel the difference a regular practice makes to your body and mind!
Tues + Thurs classes offer 30-mins of gentle flow to move mindfully and improve circulation in joints & fascia as you unwind deeply held tension. Wed offers 30-mins of Yin to improve joint & organ health through long holds that stimulate your Meridians and connective tissues. These gentle, powerful classes are suitable for ALL - leaving you energised, focussed and ready to embrace your day. Roll out of bed and practice in PJs or get the video replay valid for 7 days.
